Hopped and Bothered; Speakeasy Big Daddy Imperial IPA

Speakeasy -- Big Daddy Imperial IPA

Alcohol content 9.5%. The pour is copper and thick. A fluffy head forms, but in patches. The first sniff reveals citrus and malt. The second sniff reveals more of the same, with a bit of honey. The first sip is caramelized hops, with a hint of pine. The finish is clean, but very little of the flavor remains. it almost works as a palate cleanser, not in a good way. The sticky beginning is filled with awesome, but ends with awwwesomeofthiswasgood.

The artwork is pretty badass though. 

Buy if: you want an okay Imperial IPA.

Overall: a decent Imperial, but nothing to malt your drawz over.
