Hopped and Bothered; Unibroue La Terrible

Unibroue -- La Terrible
Alcohol content:10.5%. The head is thick and velvety. Leaves nice lacing. Dark coloring, black and thick. Aroma of plums and honey. Spices like coriander. The first taste is sweet, almost sugary. Silky on the tongue. Molasses is strong and the alcohol is barely covered. Dark malts. A tad chewy. A hint of cherry in the aftertaste. Almost pumpkin spice finish.

Buy if: no 'ifs.'

Overall: strong spices and very fruity aromas, this beer is both sweet and rich. Quite good.

4 stars out of 5.

  1. cool.

i must add that i recently had a Castle Milk Stout. It was surprisingly superior to Guinness. not neccessarily as great as the above terrible beer (lol) but it actually had some good flavor.

then i spilt it and broke the damn glass.
